Terms of Use
The following terms apply to all products sales and purchases through Sweet Sentiments online store and are The only applicable terms for all transacations and purchases and are complete and binding.

By viewing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms in full.

PaymentSweet Sentiments currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal payments for online purchases from our store. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

ReturnsYou can have confidence in ordering from Sweet Sentiments, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days of receiving merchandise less any applicable shipping, handling and restocking costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Items returned to us without contacting us first may not be eligibable for refund.

There are a few exceptions to the return policy:
1) items that are damaged outside of shipping.
2) any items noted as non-returnable.

ALL items MUST be inspected prior to accepting a package. The shipper (Canpar, UPS, or FedEx) must be notifed of any damage.
Your full purchase price (less shipping, handling and restocking) will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund. There are a few exceptions as seen above (less Shipping and Handling and Restocking). PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS for credits to be issued.

When returning the product, please use a traceable package delivery. (i.e. UPS GROUND or USPS PRIORITY with delivery confirmation).

Warranties All products are inspected and tested to be in good working order before Sweet Sentiments sells them. However, as these are not new products, no warranty is either expressed or implied by Sweet Sentiments. Sweet Sentiments is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).

LiabilityThe liability of Sweet Sentiments, for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Sweet Sentiments shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

You agree to absolve the web host, web designer, and payment processor of any and all liability.

ShippingProducts are normally shipped via UPS, Fed Ex, or Canpar

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days or less from the time your order is received. Actual delivery time will vary according to your destination. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered is no longer available.

Sweet Sentiments is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Large ProductsSweet Sentiments will to the best of our knowledge, label all large items as 'store pick up only'. In the case of a clerical error on our part, we reserve the right to refund your purchase price,including shipping, if the item is to large for us to ship.

International ShipmentsWe apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently only able to ship products within Canada and the United States

Sales TaxSales tax is applicable on orders received from Canadian billing addresses.

Damaged MerchandiseDamaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
